How it works: You’ll start on a call, where we will give you a prompt related to the month’s theme, then hang up and turn you loose for 30 minutes to wander alone with your thoughts… yes, even the scary ones. What facts about your own story will surface when you’re not distracted by someone else’s? Take breaks to write down what comes to mind—or scribble it down when you get back to your desk—and you’ll have the opportunity to share with your group after the walk. What can you learn from others’ bravery and truth?
