Prioritize You.

Our #LoopdeLoop gives you permission to put down the phone and pick up your journal. Join the walk. Receive the prompt. Then promptly hang up and wander alone with your thoughts.

A Real Boss.

In this 60-minute #WalkWithaLeader, tune in to a TED-esque talk and learn from the personal and professional experiences of a thought leader. Then, discuss how this can play into your own life in an intimate breakout group.

Get Personal.

During a #walkytalky, we pair you 1:1 with another member. You each get 30 minutes and together you work through a personal topic.

“Studies show you’re twice as creative while out walking as you are slumped behind your desk. And you need those big ideas to make the most of your big life.”

—Founder, Melody Biringer

Loop—a modern walking club

It was her idea

Melody—a self-proclaimed “connection engineer”—built her career by creating communities for women to thrive. Founder of the acclaimed Crave Company and Women in Tech Regatta, Mel is going on her sixth year of logging more than 10,000 steps a day. She believes #RelationshipsAreTheTrueCurrency.

“Loop,” which means “walk” in Dutch, is a nod to her love of Dutch culture. It’s also an inside joke. Mel and her husband have been “taking a loop” around their Queen Anne neighborhood since 1994.

“I loved the one on one time and sharing with someone who has fresh ears.”
